This business model, we at SRP Global IT provide the client with a pool of resources to work with the client's team for hourly/daily billing. This model is suited for short-term projects or on site support and maintenance. In this kind of business arrangement, Client has the flexibility to using our consultants in tasks that match their area of expertise. We provide the client with skilled and professional consultants who work seamlessly as part of the client's existing team and deliver results.

Fixed Time/ Fixed Price
This model offers the customers a very low risk option. This is a good option for the customer who seeks to outsource or get their business objectives translated to technology solutions for a negotiated fixed cost. If requirements are tightly defined, a delivery model can be designed in phased approach where milestones can be set for deliverables.

Pilot Projects
We have designed this business model specifically for our new customers only. We will offer a proof of concept "pilot project" for a short duration and a minimal cost at one of our offshore development centers.
